In her role working for the Marin County Probation Department, Vinnie has provided 23 years of dedicated service to the residents of Marin County. Vinnie has done many jobs in the department however while in her current position as our Prop 36 Officer, she has really blossomed.

Prop 36 is a specialized treatment program providing direct services to non violent drug offenders. Marin County has one of the most successful Prop 36 programs in the state with a much higher rate of graduation than other counties. This can be largely attributed to Vinnie who goes above and beyond the call of duty to assist individuals to successfully complete their treatment program. Each graduate makes a point of thanking Vinnie in court for her patience and assistance in helping them achieve a healthy and sober lifestyle. Vinnie is responsible for providing these services to over two hundred people. She is always encouraging and telling her clients to never give up.

Vinnie has a wonderful sense of humor, solid organizational skills, and the admiration of her coworkers. Vinnie is an outstanding choice for Employee of the Month.
