In her three years in the Public Works Department, Laney Morgado has excelled in every aspect of her work. She has demonstrated her ability to not only take care of business but, to do it with style, elegance and a huge smile.

Laney is an Administrative Services Technician for the Disability Access Program, she works to ensure that all county programs, services, activities and facilities are accessible to people with disabilities. Her position requires strong organization skills; familiarity with a vast array of laws, policies and procedures; and strong people and communications skills. Her infectiously positive attitude overflows into the workplace brightening the office environment and the lives of her coworkers. Laney is highly respected for her ownership of tasks and willingness to take on new challenges. Her versatility and dedication have made her a true asset to the county; she is a role model for others possessing a vast knowledge of county policies and programs.
