Jason Balderama is responsible for tech support and upgrades to electronic equipment for the County Fire, Public Works and Information Services & Technology Departments. In County Fire he has developed timesheet tracking programs, databases, and communication solutions for CAD reporting, the EMS Agency patient records system and the design of the department’s Standards of Cover project.

In the Public Works Real Estate division Jason has developed a database application used to track division jobs, leases and deeds and a timesheet for task tracking reports which has become the preferred template used throughout the department. Jason is a leader in his field and a mentor; he consults with the IST Server Group, and has been instrumental in the automation of application upgrades. Jason is a valued member of the IST Computer Imaging Group that makes decisions about the default operating systems for all computers at the County of Marin.

Jason consistently produces products that are innovative and user friendly leading to increased productivity and efficiency. From a strategic plan perspective, Jason is the perfect model of what internal customer service should look like.
